~Fandoms I'd Like to Receive (in a... vaguely deliberate order)~

The Old Guard (ahhh! The Old Guard! This fandom literally revived me. I'm SO in love with all of it- every iteration of Joe/Nicky; Andy/Quynh; Booker/Nile-- anything is lovely, especially just like. The real poetic romantic shit. Aww yeahhhhh)

Critical Role [Campaign 2]: - MAN, I love this show. Everyone just Bein' Buds is always great, but also recently been loving the shit developing re: Beau/Yasha, Caleb/Essik, Eodwulf/Cadeuceus(??!), also just like Cadeuceus/Anybody best firbolg yes.

Good Omens - So good! So cute! Especially a real big fan of Angels Doing Weird Shit With Regards to Gender

The Raven Cycle/Call Down the Hawk - I feel very tender feelings about Adam and Ronan.

Carry On - Yes! Non-problematic teen wizards hell yeah!

Revisiting fics from Teen Wolf (Stiles/Derek), Dragon Age: Inquisition (Dorian/Iron Bull), Inception (Arthur/Eames) and X:Men First Class (Erik/Charles) is like finding an old pair of super soft pajama pants and realizing that they're just as warm and comfortable as they used to be.

Venom. Yes. I'm into all of it. Weird monster shit just gets me.

AND THEN uhhh so, I would put these at like the top of the list but they're such obscure little fishbowls: Trust FX (UM Primo. Anything. I mean, there are like 14 fics for it so ANY OF THOSE); Fae Tales (AHAHA well, if you know what this is you know why I like it. I read literally nothing else for like an entire year. So. Good.)


Tropes/Things I look for in fics-
I think I most enjoy fics that are like... somewhat literary in style? Like, works with capital 'T' Themes and beautiful prose or exploration of style or well-thought-out narratives, and things that feel really heartfelt, I guess. Crack and silliness aren't really my speed. I really like thoughtful character studies, and quiet, contemplative moments, and poetic explorations of love.
Also like any kind of weird kinky shit. I just really like to read about people who REALLY TRUST EACH OTHER I think XD.

Trigger would be rape of female characters, which, yeah, presumably not a thing that is really in danger of coming up. Squicky about mpreg, a/b/o, high school AU's, age regression.
